All sales are final
All orders are final once payment is completed. No cancellations, returns, or refunds, except where required by law.
We make custom letters, signs, and props for your order. Our final-sale policy also applies to our Buy now and ready-to-ship listings. Please check your text, dimensions, material, finish, color, quantity, address, and event needs before paying. Change-of-mind cancellations, returns, and refunds are not offered.
An order is placed when payment succeeds. An unpaid cart, failed payment, or project quote request is not a confirmed purchase. A production proof confirms fabrication details after purchase; it does not create a change-of-mind cancellation period.
Shipping
All Buy now listings and custom orders up to and including 36 inches tall ship free within the U.S. Custom items taller than 36 inches can be purchased now; shipping is quoted and paid separately before shipment.
Shipping for custom items taller than 36 inches is not included in today’s payment. We’ll send a separate shipping quote before shipment. Shipping payment is due separately before dispatch.
If your cart includes both free-shipping items and taller custom items, only the taller custom items need a separate shipping quote. Applicable tax is shown at payment. Production time and transit time are separate; share your event date and venue requirements so the studio can confirm timing.
Problems with an order
Contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or if your order has not arrived. Include your order number and photographs where relevant so we can review the issue. This policy does not limit rights or remedies required by applicable law, including any required cancellation or refund rights if we cannot fulfill or ship your order.
