Information you share
We collect the name, email, phone number, delivery address, event date, design details, and order information you provide. When you sign in to a customer account, we receive your account identifier, email, and available profile name so you can access your own orders.
Orders and payments
We use your information to handle quotes, payments, production, delivery, and customer support. Payment details are entered through Stripe. Our store does not store your card number. A purchase is confirmed only after Stripe verifies successful payment.
Emails and offers
Order confirmations and payment receipts relate to your purchase. Sales, discounts, and new-product emails require your separate opt-in. You can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or update your preferences in My account. Unsubscribing from offers does not stop essential messages about an order.
Service providers
The website uses its hosting and storage providers to run the store, Stripe to process payments and receipts, and Resend for configured order and marketing emails. Your delivery information is used to fulfill shipments.
Reviews
Reviews can be submitted from an eligible fulfilled order in My account. The store reviews submissions before publication. Published reviews show your chosen display name, rating, and review text; they do not reveal your email or delivery address.
Cookies and access
Necessary cookies keep your cart and sign-in session working. Admin access uses an expiring secure session. Customer account access uses the sign-in option shown on the website.
Questions and requests
For questions about your information or to request a correction or deletion, contact fun3dsigns@gmail.com. We may need to verify the request and retain records required for an ongoing order, accounting, or other obligations.
